We are currently offering 4 weeks free on our studios and 6 weeks free on all of our one bedroom and two bedroom, 13 to 15 month leases. Our studios range between $1050 and $1405. Our one bedrooms range between $1360 and $1760 and our two bedrooms range between $1875 and $2555.

Ramble and Rose is a brand new build located in the eclectic and beautiful Near Southside! We are located just outside of Downtown Fort Worth, a few blocks from I-35W, I-30, 121. We are only a short walk or bike ride away from inviting coffee shops, destination dining, and boutique shops housed in century-old buildings have reinvigorated the neighborhood in recent years!

Inside, all our homes are integrated with smart home features that allow you to control locks, lights, and your thermostat from your phone and via voice command through your smart home devices. We have two different color schemes to choose from on different floors. All of our apartments offer full-size stainless-steel whirlpool appliances, custom tiling in the bathroom, large walk in closets, mud room storage and modern fixtures throughout. Some of our apartments will include Ori smart closets and all of them will include a Nest thermostat!

Select apartment feature botanical views of the courtyard which includes grills, a fire pit, 65” TVs, lawn games and more! We will also have a game room, dog washing station, and huge pool! Our apartments will also feature skylounge with beautiful views of Downtown!

In addition, our community will offer Parcel Pending 24/7 access parcel lockers as well as Tide Dry Cleaning lockers! We will have a 24-hour fitness center with floor-to-ceiling windows so you can peer out and see the cityscape. This will include state of the art Matrix cardio equipment, an interactive kickboxing machine, and a separate spin/yoga studio with access to Wellbeats fitness on demand.
We will have covered parking as well!

We have a temporary leasing office located at 510 W. Magnolia Avenue, Fort Worth TX 76104. Our office is open M-F 8:30 - 5:30PM, Sat 10-5PM, and Sun 1-5PM. At this time, we are open and offering in-person visits, and virtual tours of our community via Skype and Zoom! We will have hard hat tours becoming available beginning September 12th!
