Stake is available on iOS, Android, and on the web at www.stake.rent. Stake is available at participating properties and through Stake's apartment locating services.

Cash Back is deposited directly into your Stake Account when you move into a new home. The amount is determined by your apartment locator based on your lease details.
After account creation, transfer to any bank, or Venmo, for free.

Do I need to use Stake's Cash Back to get other Stake benefits?
Yes, to get started with Stake you need to create a Stake Account. After signing your lease, your locator will send a link for account creation.
Simply 'Basic' or 'Unlimited' and you can get started right away.
You will be able to login to Stake on the web, iOS or Android using your phone or email.
Do I need to use Stake's apartment finding services to become a member of Stake?
Yes, you must have found an apartment and signed a lease with Stake to become a Stake member.
Stake is offered through our apartment locating services and our property partners.
You will not be able to sign up for Stake unless you have found a home, and signed a lease, with Stake or moved into a rental community that is a Stake property partner.
