Oak Hollow I apartments have two floor plans to choose from. Residents can opt for either a one or two bedroom apartment. The one bedroom apartment is 528 square feet, while the two bedroom apartment is 930 square feet. Amenities include patios, balconies, two pools, pantries, two laundry rooms, ceiling fans, disposals, dishwashers, lovely views, walk-in closets, mini blinds, wall-to-wall carpeting and frost-free refrigerators. This is a pet-friendly apartment community. Only one pet is allowed per apartment. There's a 25 pound max and a required deposit. Oak Hollow I includes 55 units on two stories. Section 8 is accepted. Lease terms range from six to 12 months.
