About Louetta Village
Louetta Village provides seniors with everything they need when they reach their retirement years. This unique independent senior living community is only open to residents who are 55 or older, and it has rules regarding overnight guests to retain its peaceful feel. Unlike other communities that offer smaller apartments, this community provides residents with two bedroom apartments that give them extra space. Apartment sizes range from nearly 900 square feet to more than 1,000 square feet and come with two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. The community itself is one story, which may appeal to those with limited mobility. Different activities are available for tenants every week, and there is a beauty shop on-site too. Those who can get around easily will find themselves mere blocks from a Chipotle Mexican Grill, Starbucks and Schlotzky's Deli. Tenants who still drive can reach other restaurants and attractions via nearby I-45.
Residents will find that units look more like individual homes than apartments. Those units feature a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator and tile floors in the kitchen, carpeted floors throughout the other rooms and large ceiling fans. Other features include washer/dryer hook ups, large walk in closets and attached covered patios.
