From Conroe/Huntsville: I-45, head south on I-45. Exit 2920 and take a right at the 2920 light. Proceed for a short distance to Spring Plaza Drive, and take a right. Cortland Spring Plaza is on the left hand side. From Downtown: Take 45 N toward Dallas. Take exit FM 2920, Tomball. Turn left at 2920 and go under the underpass. Continue on 2920 for a short distance, until you reach Spring Plaza Drive. Take right on Spring Plaza Drive, and the property is on the left side. You will be able to see the community from 2920 and the Spring Plaza intersection. From Grand Parkway (99) East: Proceed on Grand parkway East. Exit Holzwarth Road. Take a right on Holzwarth Road.
