We are running some incredible specials right now. On all one bedroom apartments, we are offering a month free concession that can be prorated monthly over the duration of the lease term. All two bedrooms are receiving half a month free. We are also doing a look and lease special and waiving all application fees ($75) and admin fees ($125) back on move-in day! Our detached garages are available for $95/month and we have reserved carport parking for $40/month. Any one bedroom unit that has carpet in the living room will receive an additional $750 Visa gift card 60 days after move in and two bedrooms with carpet in the living room will receive $500!!
