About Avalon Place
Avalon Place is located in the northeastern part of San Antonio near I-10 and the Charles William Anderson Loop/1604. Bamberger and Fox Parks are nearby as well as The University of Texas at San Antonio, the Leon Creek Greenway Park and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Avalon Place Apartments are less than one mile from campus and are designed with UTSA students in mind. The floor plans are designed perfectly for 1 or more students. The apartments are fully furnished. The living room has a sectional sofa, ottoman/coffee table, entertainment center, wood flooring, 9-foot ceilings and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a keyed bedroom entry, a queen size bed, stackable dresser, desk and study chair, a walk-in closet and wall-to-wall carpeting.
