Westlake Village is a family-friendly apartment community located within walking distance of the area's elementary school and only a short drive from the middle school and high school. Located in Mesquite, about 10 miles from the Dallas Medical Center, this two-story complex offers economical one, two and three-bedroom apartments that come with fully equipped kitchens, lots of counter space, walk-in closets, wall-to-wall carpeting, laminate flooring, tile in the bathrooms, ceiling fans and mini blinds.
Each spacious unit includes an alarm system to deter intruders. There is also a 24-hour on-site laundry facility, so that clothing care can easily fit into the family's schedule. In addition, Westlake Village offers after-school and summer activity programs in their clubhouse at no cost to the residents. Kids definitely won't be bored here. There are two swimming pools to keep them entertained as well as a basketball court and community playground.
These apartments were built in 1970. They have nice-sized walk-in closets and come with extra storage out on the balcony or patio. Gas, water and trash are paid by management making the 240 units even more affordable. Residents are only responsible for their electricity costs, cable television and internet fees.
