Located in Dallas, Esperanza Apartments is on the outskirts of the city, but still offers many of the conveniences of living in-town. Restaurants, both fast-food and fine dining, can be found nearby as well as pubs and coffee shops. There are many shopping centers in the area, including a large Walmart Super Center. The area also has public transportation available and you can easily get around the area with a bicycle.
Esperanza Apartments offer one, two, and three bedroom units. Select two and three bedroom apartments have a fireplace and there are also two bedroom units that are considered a townhouse apartment. Kitchens in the units are equipped with all of the expected appliances as well as a dishwasher and have a pantry for the extra convenience. A patio or balcony also comes with the apartments along with plenty of storage space and parking.
The pet-friendly community at Esperanza does have some restrictions on bringing pets in. There are breed and size restrictions and you will need to check with management when applying. Along with high speed Internet, the complex offers a Learning Center for the residents, which includes tutoring, computers, and even English as a second language classes.
