Jun 15, 2021 - The San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) has partnered with developers to build two apartment projects just north of Texas A&M University-San Antonio's South Side campus.
SAHA and Vaquera Ventures are developing a $64.5 million, 300-unit property called Zarzamora Commons at the southwest corner of S. Zarzamora St. and Loop 410. The nine-acre site is owned by Zarzamora Properties LLC.
