The Loretta located at 13649 Rutledge Spur in Austin, will be home to 137 low income residents, including many who are exiting homelessness. The community will share a Learning Center with it's sister community, Lakeline Station. The Learning Center will provide our successful after school and summer academic programs. Our sustainable design will meet or exceed LEED and Austin Energy Green Building Standards, keeping utility costs low.
Timeline
Nonprofit Foundation Communities, which serves families and single adults transitioning out of homelessness through affordable housing and on-site resources, plans to open a second affordable apartment complex in Northwest Austin in early 2023. (Community Impact, July 2022)
