Aug 3, 2022 - Developers have landed financing for an affordable housing community planned for southern Dallas. The Fiji Lofts apartments are being built at 301 S. Corinth, east of Interstate 35E. The 204-unit rental community is a project of Dallas' Sphinx Development Corp. The Fiji Lofts apartments are planned on a 2.7-acre site.
Sphinx Development obtained $34.25 million in financing for the project, in partnership with Berkshire Hathaway Affordable Housing and Cameron County Housing Finance Corp. Citibank provided the loan, which was arranged with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. (Dallas News)
