Aug 31, 2022 - Dallas-based builder - Leeds Residential - bought and knocked down a Far North Dallas office building to make way for a rental community and retail.
Leeds Residential acquired the single-story building on the west side of the tollway and razed the 28-year-old office. The property between the tollway and Addison Road will be the site of Bent Tree Flats.
“Site work will start in early September.” principal Jason Leeds said.
Randall L. Kiespert Architect designed the building. Leeds Residential bought the property in a sale brokered by Nathan Denton with Lee & Associates.
Stanford Construction is the general contractor for the project, which will be completed in 2024. (Dallas News)
