About Wilson Building
The Wilson Building isn't an ordinary apartment building. Originally built in 1903, it was modeled after the Grand Opera House. In 1999, it was renovated and converted into luxury lofts. Located in the Arts District of Dallas, this spectacular building offers a unique living experience. Its wide variety of floor plans come with different amenities.
Some of the 12-story building's special features include one and two-bedroom apartments with open layouts, the original doors made with glass panels and newly updated kitchens. Some lofts have large bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and gorgeous over-sized windows. The original flooring made of ceramic, concrete or wood is sometimes available.
There are glass top stoves, build-in microwaves and huge walk-in closets. Stylish track lighting, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator are also available. Some apartments even come with full-sized washer and dryer hook-ups.
Community facilities include on-site restaurants. There is a theater with comfortable leather recliners and a rooftop deck with special seating areas. Deck also includes misting fans to keep residents cool in the summer. A 24-hour fitness center, extra storage space and on-site garage parking are also available.
Pets are okay, but there is a non-refundable deposit required. Plus, to qualify for these apartments, income must be three times the amount of the rent.
