Every resident has the opportunity to select the length of their stay, ranging from short-term accommodations in furnished guest suites to leases of up to 14 months.

Apartment sizes range from one to three bedrooms and come with decorative stone fireplaces, plank flooring, mirrored closet doors and full-size washer and dryer hookups. Desks and shelves are built into each apartment for a touch of sophisticated style.

Regardless of age, living in the Springs of Indian Creek I & II community ensures an active lifestyle. The well-maintained grounds include a large sports club featuring courts for basketball, volleyball and racquetball. The club also includes two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi spa. Younger residents enjoy spending time at the playground, game room and movie theater, and the grownups are accommodated by the business center, fitness center and putting green.

For four-legged family members, the dog park is always open. Cats and select dog breeds are permitted in all units, and there are no weight restrictions.
