Park Manor

Park Manor Apartments accepts residents who are at least 55 years of age or who have a disability. Almost all of the apartments are one-bedroom plans, but there are a limited number of efficiency and two-bedroom units. The gated community is located near the intersection of W. Pioneer Drive and Grauwyler Road. Highway 183 is just minutes away, as are major thoroughfares such as Belt Line Road and Highway 356. There is a bus stop nearby for those who prefer public transportation, and a park and convenience store are within walking distance. The Heritage Senior Center is only minutes away, and the shopping and dining options at Irving Mall are nearby also.

Park Manor offers many amenities, including two on-site fitness rooms, indoor mailboxes and two laundry facilities in each building. The community also features a sauna, computer lab, a game room with pool table and an on-site library. The beautifully decorated lobbies are ideal for socializing or reading, and residents can also enjoy puzzle rooms or join in a game of dominoes or cards. Elevators carry residents or their guests between floors, and trash is collected at each apartment's front door.

Most units feature ceiling fans, emergency pull cords, linen closets, microwaves and mini-blinds and/or vertical blinds. Dogs and cats are allowed, but certain conditions apply.
