Oak Meadows is a planned apartment community featuring beautifully landscaped grounds that provide a tranquil atmosphere and welcoming environment. Located just off Interstate 35E, the community is just a short distance from the Interstate 35W cut-off, the University of North Texas, Texas Women's University and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Apartment floor plans include three different one-bedroom, one-bath designs that range in size from 515 to 652 square feet. The two-bedroom, 1.25-bath plans are 900 square feet, while the two-bedroom, two-bath plan is 955 square feet. Some of the plans include fireplaces. When residents are not diving into one of the community's two swimming pools, they can relax on their private balcony or patio, and selected units have an enclosed sundeck room. All units feature ceiling fans, dishwashers and frost-free refrigerators, and some apartments have washer and dryer connections, microwaves, kitchen pantries and extra outside storage. Apartments include mini-blinds, garbage disposals and wall-to-wall carpeting. Pets are welcome, but certain restrictions apply.
