Located in the historic Fourth Ward neighborhood of beautiful Houston, HRI-Victory is a vibrant, dynamic apartment community that pairs luxurious perks with comfortable, contemporary amenities. Very walkable, extremely bikeable, and excellent in terms of public transports, the community thrives with nearby shops, like Texas Junk Co, and restaurants, like Junction Bar and Grill.

Interstate 45 provides a streamline to Downtown Houston, which is located five minutes from HRI-Victory courtyards. Resident commuters can also car share through Uber or Relay Rides, and there are bus stops along Gray Street and Webster Street.
