About HRI-Victory
Located in the historic Fourth Ward neighborhood of beautiful Houston, HRI-Victory is a vibrant, dynamic apartment community that pairs luxurious perks with comfortable, contemporary amenities. Very walkable, extremely bikeable, and excellent in terms of public transports, the community thrives with nearby shops, like Texas Junk Co, and restaurants, like Junction Bar and Grill.
Interstate 45 provides a streamline to Downtown Houston, which is located five minutes from HRI-Victory courtyards. Resident commuters can also car share through Uber or Relay Rides, and there are bus stops along Gray Street and Webster Street. Houston Community College and the University of Houston-Downtown are less than ten minutes away.
Apartment-wise, the complex offers one- to three-bedroom options—some of which are wheelchair and handicap accessible. Favorable apartment features include eco-efficient ceiling fans, frost-free fridges, built-in microwaves, and large windows with sunshade blinds.
Much of the HRI-Victory property is smoke free with a few designated exceptions around the community. The complex is also pet-friendly to dogs and cats, with a two-pet limit per apartment.
