The Buffalo Run apartment community is located in Princeton, TX, a small but growing town near the geographic center of Collin County. Princeton is approximately eight miles east of McKinney and roughly the same distance west of Farmersville. The apartments are just minutes away from U.S. Route 380, which offers easy access to Highway 75 and the Sam Rayburn Tollway. Lavon Lake, which is more commonly referred to as Lake Lavon by local residents, is a short drive from the Buffalo Run Apartments; the lake covers more than 21,000 acres and is a popular destination for fishermen pursuing largemouth bass, crappie, blue catfish or white bass.

Floor plans include a one bedroom, one bath plan that offers 400 square feet of space and an 800-square foot two-bedroom, one-bath plan. Apartments feature stainless steel counter tops in the kitchens, spacious walk-in closets and designer tiled floors. Residents can relax in the courtyard, which features benches and grill stations. There is an on-site laundry facility, and pets are welcome although restrictions apply. The community is professionally managed and offers round-the-clock emergency maintenance services.
