Directions
From Westheimer Road and W Loop S Freeway, Houston, Texas, drive south on West Loop S toward Farm to Market 1093 E/Westheimer Road. Take the US-59 ramp to your left. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Interstate 610 S and merge onto I-610 S. Take exit 5A toward Beechnut Street. Merge onto West Loop S. Make a left turn onto Beechnut Street. About Braeswood Place
Braeswood Place is a luxurious and sophisticated apartment and townhome community in the heart of Houston. Spacious residences range between 703 and 1,656 square feet.
