About Ashford Park

Bella Vista is a community of apartments and townhouses in southwest Houston. It is required for residents to have at least two years of good rental history and no evictions in their past. Pets are welcome with some restrictions.

These apartments and townhouses are extremely affordable yet also high quality. They are located near the Sam Houston Tollway, but not close enough to be in a loud, polluted area. They are also close to large shopping centers, medical services and some excellent restaurants. The apartments are convenient to the Metro line.

One, two and three bedroom layouts are available. Apartments come with wood-burning fireplaces, dishwashers and walk-in closets. Some apartments have connections for washers and dryers.

Community amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center and playground. There is a storage center and also a community clubhouse. The Bella Vista provides 24-hour emergency maintenance service as well as a security patrol. Residents can access the community's website to make online payments.
