From Julius Schepps Freeway and S Lamar St, Dallas, Texas, drive south on Julius Schepps Freeway toward S Lamar Street. Take the ramp onto I-45 S. Take exit 279 to merge onto Texas-12 Loop E/E Ledbetter Drive. Make a right turn onto S Jim Miller Road. Asante Apartments will be on the left.

Asante Apartments come in three different variations for the convenience of renters. The one-bedroom units have 620 square feet, while the two-bedroom units have 862 square feet and the three-bedroom units have 1042 square feet. Other amenities include frost-free refrigerators, wall-to-wall carpeting, disposals, pantries, walk-in closets, dishwashers and mini-blinds. Community features include a basketball court, a playground, a business center and a laundry room.

Pets are allowed at Asante Apartments for an initial deposit and a monthly fee. While both cats and dogs are permitted, each unit is allowed no more than two, and each pet can only weigh up to 20 pounds. Dog owners can exercise their pets at the nearby Pemberton Hill Park and Woodland Springs Park.

Asante Apartments is a part of the Dallas school district, so children who live in this complex and attend public school will go to Blair Elementary School, Comstock Middle School or Spruce High School. These apartments are within a mile of a rail line and seven bus lines, so while most destinations are not within walking distance, no car is required to get the most out of life in this bustling city.
