All utilities except for electric are completely covered in Phase I, and electric is covered in the Phase II apartments. Arlington Park I & II offers two pools, four laundry rooms, and a playground for the kids to play. There are also options for residents to get an apartment with a view of the pool or playground, which is perfect for parents who need to keep an eye on their kids.
