Regency Place is located in an ideal location for people who want to stay active and get involved in the local community. The complex offers several floor plans to fit any budget, and they have a strict policy of not letting anyone with a felony or previous eviction rent an apartment. The apartments in the building are significantly less expensive than other units in the area, and the complex offers a wide range of community features to make residents feel at home.
