Woodside Flats is a gated apartment community located in the southeast part of Dallas on C. F. Hawn Freeway, also known as Highway 175. The towns of Seagoville, Balch Springs and Mesquite are minutes away, as is the Interstate 20 junction. Downtown Dallas can be easily accessed via Highway 175 and Interstate 45. Floor plans include studio apartments that range between 390 and 530 square feet; one-bedroom, one-bath units offering 594 to 800 square feet; and two-bedroom, one-bath apartment homes with 700 to 1,000 square feet. Although fireplaces are not available in the studio apartments, some of the other floor plans do include wood-burning fireplaces. Each apartment has either a balcony or patio, kitchen pantry, ceiling fans, garbage disposal, dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator and microwave. Some apartment homes have washer and dryer connections. Apartments feature tasteful appointments, such as ceramic tile.
