About Wooded Creek
The Wooded Creek DeSoto apartments are located on East Pleasant Run Road in DeSoto, in the southern reaches of the Dallas metro, Built in 1983 and renovated in 2006, Wooded Creek is a resort apartment community of one- and two-bedroom units spread across an attractive, pleasantly landscaped setting. Interstate 35E is just a short hop down Pleasant Run for the run into Dallas, and pleasant walks are doable at nearby Ernie Roberts Park, Mosely Park and Townsend Park.
The outdoor facilities here include a tennis court, a children's playground, and a shady picnic space for grilling and chilling with friends and neighbors. The apartments feature walk-in closets, fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, ceiling fans, and a balcony or first-floor patio for after-hours relaxation. The management office labels itself as "pet friendly," and will be pleased to consult with new applicants on any restrictions and deposits currently in effect.
Occupancy at this complex is well into the 90s, but with 196 units on the property availability is usually good. Short-term leases are offered and the complex is open for information and tours six days a week.
