Summit Point offers a comfortable atmosphere within a professionally landscaped community of apartment homes. There are 32 units with three different floor plans; a 1BR/1BA, and two distinct 2BR/2BA. Each unit comes with a frost-free refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, disposal, connections for a full-sized washer and dryer but a washer and dryer are provided, vaulted/high ceilings and ceiling fans, walk-in closet and mirrored wardrobe closet, mini blinds, wall-to-wall carpet, high-speed internet access, a pantry, extra storage and patio/balcony. Fireplaces are available in select apartment homes.
There is a beautiful enclosed pool with a covered deck area, lounge chairs, and an umbrellaed seating table. They offer assigned parking, complimentary roadside assistance, and 24-hour emergency apartment maintenance service is available. Cats and dogs are welcome, but there is a two pet maximum and breed restrictions apply.
Summit Point located in the Mesquite School District. Local schools include Motley Elementary, Vanston Middle, and North Mesquite High, and they are within walking distance of Eastfield Community College. They are close to I35 and 635 that can take you to nearby shops, restaurants, and churches.
