Stone Ridge Apartments are located on Highway 34 between I-30 and Joe Ramsey Boulevard N, Northeast of Dallas in Greenville, Texas. W C Cotton Stadium is only one mile away. By car, you can reach downtown Greenville in eight minutes. Shopping and most amenities are available in the area, however, a vehicle or public transportation is usually required.
Stone Ridge Apartments consists of 144 apartments spread amongst the two-story buildings. The community amenities are a swimming pool, laundry facilities, and one parking space per unit.
The apartments come in six different floor plans starting with an efficiency apartment with 330 square feet to a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit of 936 square feet. Standard in the kitchens are dishwashers, disposals, self-clean ovens, ranges and refrigerators with an icemaker. Each unit also features air conditioning, cable ready, high-speed Internet access, tile floors, a patio or balcony, window blinds, ceiling fans, and some units are smoke-free.
Each unit is allowed a maximum of two pets less than 30 pounds each. Breed restrictions do apply.
