About Skyline Place

Skyline Place is an inviting apartment community located on the east side of Dallas. Loop 12 and Interstate 30 are just minutes away for easy commuting to downtown Dallas. Jim Miller Rd., Big Town Blvd. and Forney Rd. are easily accessed as well. Interstate 30 connects nearby with Highway 80 and Interstate 635 for those whose travels take them north or east. Shopping is nearby, including Town East Mall, which offers more than 1.2 million square feet of retail space. There are also a number of casual dining and take-out restaurants in the neighborhood.

Skyline Place offers a variety of plans to allow residents to choose the apartment that is most suitable for each lifestyle. There are four different one-bedroom floor plans that range in size from 605 to 805 square feet; each is a one-bath plan. The two-bedroom, 1.5-bath flat has 960 square feet, and the two-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse has 975 square feet. Amenities vary by floor plan, but units may feature fireplaces, washer and dryer connections or private patios with extra storage.

The community amenities include a large, sparking pool with sundeck and on-site laundry facilities. Pets are allowed, but there are certain requirements, such as a weight limit of 15 pounds and a maximum of two pets per apartment.
