Refugio Place

Located in the heart of San Antonio, the greatest feature of Refugio Place is its convenient location. There are all the bars, dining and entertainment venues nearby that one would expect when being this close to downtown. The University of Texas at San Antonio is a walk away right off East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard, and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center is not far beyond that.

The floor plans come in one, two or three bedroom layouts, and they on the large side with the "small" one bedroom plan being 774 square feet and the large one bedroom being an incredible 1,275 square feet. Covered parking is available at this gated community, and there are laundry facilities and close public transportation for getting anywhere in the city without having to deal with the traffic yourself.
