The atmosphere at this apartment complex is both comfortable and sophisticated. The area school district is Northside, including Blattman Elementary, Rawlinson Middle and Clark High.

At Pecan Springs, there are multiple apartment layouts to choose from with up to three bedrooms. There's also a clubhouse, two pools and BBQs. Additional apartment amenities include walk-in closets, Internet, ceiling fans, mini blinds, extra storage, vaulted ceilings, frost-free refrigerators, patio balconies, ice makers, pantries, dishwashers, disposals, wall-to-wall carpeting, crown moulding, microwaves, continuous-cleaning ovens and garden tubs.

Apartments are pet-friendly and both cats and dogs are welcome, although there are some breed restrictions. There's a two pet maximum per apartment. Rent is slightly higher for pet owners and there's also a non-refundable fee that's required. There are 344 units across three stories and lease terms are upwards of 13 months.
