About Excelsior on the Park
Excelsior on the Park is an apartment community in Houston, Texas, that offers its residents many luxuries and amenities. The basic idea is that that these apartments are like condominiums yet are leased. They are known as "apartminiums."
One, two and three bedroom floor plans are available. Excelsior on the Park is run by a family-owned management company, and this allows residents to have easy access to their landlord. Management encourages prospective tenants to come and see these properties for themselves. Apartment amenities are numerous and varied. They include wood-burning fireplaces, wet bars and bay windows.
Community amenities are standard to all residents. These include two pools, a Jacuzzi, a wading pool and a distinctive hand-crafted playground. There is a lighted tennis court and also a fitness center. For residents to have a place to socialize, there is a clubhouse with two levels and a billiards room.
The community is in a lovely wooded setting. There are sitting areas with secluded spots to relax, converse and grill food. There is a wooden sun-deck which is reached by crossing a suspension bridge over a dry creek.
