Bay Park

Bay Park is located almost on the shore of Clear Lake, close to the beach. It is also not far from the Johnson and Houston Space Centers.
Kitchens are equipped with disposals, frost-free refrigerators and dishwashers. There is also a washer and dryer and air conditioning. Each apartment has a patio or balcony with storage. There is wall to wall carpeting and wood plank flooring.
Bedrooms have easy access to the full bathrooms, which have linen closets. They also have reach-in or walk-in closets. In the larger of the 2-bedroom-unit apartments, each bedroom has access to a bathroom, and they are separated by the Living Room.
Some apartments are currently being renovated. Renovations have included new wood plank flooring and new tubs and tile. Upcoming renovations will include new appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures. There will be granite counters in some units.
The grounds at Bay Park have a laundry room, a swimming pool and a business center. The apartment management and maintenance is on the site for your convenience. There is plenty of parking, and small pets are allowed.
