Victorian offers a great community for residents of all ages and backgrounds. Available units include those with one bedroom and one bathroom and units that come with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the amount of square footage ranges from more than 500 to 1,000 square feet. This pet-friendly community allows both dogs and cats but requires that all pets weigh 25 pounds or less. Those moving in with their pets will enjoy taking their dogs for walks in the wooded areas surrounding the community. Tenants will also appreciate that their rental price includes basic cable and water. All renters applying for a unit will need to show that their income is at least three times the price of their rent.
Multiple restaurants are within walking distance of the Victorian community, including Frank's Grill, Wildcatter Two and Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen. The community features a large clubhouse, a controlled front game and an in ground swimming pool for its residents. Those tenants also receive some simple amenities in their homes, including air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, fireplaces and large closets.
