The attractive homes at Stonebrook Village Apartments come in several different styles in order to cater to many different types of renters. There are five unique designs available: one bedroom with 690 square feet, two bedrooms with either 839 square feet or 919 square feet and three bedrooms with either 1078 square feet or 1094 square feet.
Each apartment's ample amenities include disposals, walk-in closets, frost-free refrigerators, wall-to-wall carpeting, patio balconies, high-speed Internet, mini-blinds, ice makers, additional storage, pantries and ceiling fans. Shared features include a playground, basketball and volleyball courts, a clubhouse, a swimming pool and a laundry room. While both dogs and cats are allowed for a fee, each rental unit is only allowed to contain one pet, and not all breeds are permitted.
Stonebrook Village Apartments are located in the Frisco district, so children who live in these units will have the opportunity attend Bright Elementary School, Staley Middle School and Frisco High School. While the apartment grounds feature beautifully landscaped walking trails, most destinations require a vehicle.
