About Oaks at Five Mile

A convenient location, modern amenities and an exciting variety of one, two and three bedroom apartments are just a few of the reasons why today's renters are flocking to Springridge. The apartment complex was renovated in 2004, and it is a great place to live in the Dallas area. The apartments come with a walk in closet in the bedroom for all of a resident's clothing. The Springridge apartment complex is conveniently located off of the Marvin D. Love Freeway. Within walking distance, residents can get to A&W, Grandy's and a couple of other restaurants in a matter of minutes. There is also a medical facility several blocks away from the apartment complex.
Springridge is located a bit over six miles from downtown Dallas, and the apartment complex is in the vaunted Dallas School District. Kimball High is located three miles from the complex, and Browne Middle School is a tad under three miles away as well.
