About Riverbend

Located southeast of Houston and only about 5 miles away from the Kemah Boardwalk and Seabrook, the apartments at Riverbend have a perfect location. It is situated between, and therefore convenient to, both the hustle and bustle of downtown Houston and the waterfront of Trinity and Galveston Bays. Its immediate location offers the serenity of Challenger Seven Memorial Park and Walter Hall Park as well as a wealth of dining and shopping opportunities.

The apartment community offers one, two and three bedroom floor plans that are very spacious with the smallest one bedroom being over 700 square feet. Apartment amenities at Riverbend include bay windows, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and washer and dryer connections. The bathrooms come with garden tubs and the kitchens have microwaves.
