Desoto, Texas is one of the oldest cities in Northern Texas and is home to Ventura Landing Apartments. Its location is one of its best attributes as there are many things, including restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. Just twenty minutes from downtown Dallas and just over a half hour from downtown Fort Worth, the complex is central to everything residents want to enjoy when living in the city.
Ventura Landing offers one, two, and three bedroom units in the complex and most come with a fireplace. There are actually three different floor plans for one bedroom units. Each of the units also has updated appliances, high ceilings, and a patio or balcony for residents. Spacious rooms and walk-in closets make it easy for residents to create a home.
Other amenities at Ventura Landing include two swimming pools, two tennis courts, and a laundry room. Residents are allowed to have two pets, either cats or dogs, but the dog breed and size of the dog must be approved by management prior to moving in. Should residents wish to take their dog for a walk outside the complex, they will find many places that are appropriate within the local area.
