About Madison Estates
Madison Estates is a retirement community very near the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas. It is also close to Tower of the Americas, and is in easy proximity to SeaWorld, the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and many other of the the entertainment, dining and shopping opportunities San Antonio has to offer. The community is designed to be an all-inclusive place to live in the sense that everything its residents may need is on-site or nearby.
Madison Estates is very proud of the excellent on-site dining facilities it provides for its residents. Chef-prepared meals are furnished for residents. This is a community where there are many opportunities to be active, and there are planned activities for residents. Live-in managers are available at all times for emergencies, and this service provides peace of mind for residents and their families.
There is an exercise and game room where residents work out and interact. Weekly housekeeping with linen service is provided. The community provides scheduled transportation for its residents for medical appointments and simply to access the community. The management understands how much animals can lift people's spirits, so this is a pet-friendly community.
