Hidden Creek is something of a hidden gem among apartment hunters in Allen, Texas. With lots of wooded spaces surrounding each building, residents experience peace and quiet every hour of the day. Designed to resemble a resort community, it features a large clubhouse, gourmet coffee bar and an outdoor swimming pool larger than many residents ever saw before. Concierge services are available through the office to help residents with all their daily and special needs, and residents can also reserve time in the large conference center. Other amenities that tenants love include a billiard room, fitness center, state of the art business center, outdoor social area, barbecue grills and a nearby walking and jogging trail.
Short term leasing of just two months is available to qualified tenants, but most renters choose a 12 month standard lease. They can choose from units with one to two bathrooms and one, two or three bedrooms. The complex provides all potential applicants with an online application and will contact them of their acceptance later. Hidden Creek has a convenient location near many of the top employers and attractions in Allen, but residents love that the complex looks and feels quieter than the big city.
