There are several floor plans to choose from, and some of the floor plans are designed to be townhomes. The smallest floor plan is 624 square feet, and the largest floor plan is 1,340 square feet. Multiple bedroom options are also available. The complex is home to four laundry rooms, one pool, and a movie rental service. Access gates help keep the community secure.
