The kitchen also includes filtered drinking water, granite counter tops and espresso stained wood cabinetry. Each unit comes with its own carport and some units are available fully furnished and decorated. All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans to help with cooling in the hot summer months. All apartments are eco conscious and energy efficient.
