Melrose

St. Puis X High School is literally right in the backyard of Melrose, making it the best choice for those living with high school students. Residents can turn right out of the parking lot and head down North Shepherd Drive to reach Simos Diner, Jack in the Box and other popular restaurants. Multiple churches are also within walking distance of this community. The community offers a range of different apartments and units to meet the needs of all new residents, including one room efficiency apartments, one bedroom/one bathroom apartments and units with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Units on the higher floors come with some great views as well.
The community itself features a shuttle service that takes residents to the nearby campus, a laundry facility, gated access and covered parking spot, and it welcomes both seniors and pet owners. Pet owners must put down a deposit and agree that their pets are under 25 pounds. Melrose pays some utilities for residents and provides tenants with ceiling fans and dishwashers.
