Brookhollow

Located on the tree-lined Legion Avenue, Brookhollow is an apartment community surrounded by trees and nature. Though it sits within a residential neighborhood, the community is close Eastside Intermediate School and Cleveland Middle School. Residents can take 341, which runs close by the community, to reach local shops, banks and restaurants. Though the community only offers units with one bedroom and one bathroom, the units come range from 476 to more than 700 square feet in size. The price that tenants pay include the cost of sewer, water and trash. Brookhollow, which allows pets, has multiple two-story buildings that hold more than 60 apartments.
Built in the late 1970s, the owners of the community renovated the buildings to make the units brighter and more modern. Kitchens now come with an oven, range and refrigerator. The head office is open on weekdays, but there are maintenance and emergency service workers available around the clock, and the community has a large laundry facility. Individual units at Brookhollow feature access to high speed wireless Internet, cable ready connections, washer and dryer hook ups and ceiling fans. The smoke-free units also have central heating and air conditioning to keep residents happy.
