From Galveston Road and Emmett F Lowry Expressway, Texas City, Texas, drive southwest on Emmett F Lowry Expressway toward Galveston Road. Make a left turn onto N Amburn Road. Make a right turn onto Monticello Dr. Breakers Apartments will be on the left.

The Breakers is a gated, lakeside apartment community that offers residents a tranquil setting and a convenient location. The community is just minutes from Interstate 45, also known as Gulf Freeway. Access to the Emmett F. Lowry Expressway is also nearby. Dining choices in the area range from steakhouses and seafood restaurants to fast-food and barbecue. The community is also close to shopping, including Tanger Outlets, major retailers and numerous shopping centers.

Four one-bedroom and two different two-bedroom plans are available. One-bedroom floor plans are between 518 and 724 square feet; they all have one bathroom, and one plan includes a fireplace. The two-bedroom, one-bath plan has 850 square feet. The largest apartment is 884 square feet and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fireplace. All units have washer and dryer connections, built-in microwaves and roomy closets. Most apartments have designer paint schemes, upgraded lighting fixtures and extra storage.

The Breakers offers a number of community amenities. Residents can drop a line off the private fishing pier or take a relaxing stroll down the lakeside nature trail.
