About Mila
Mila is an apartment community in San Antonio, Texas. These apartments are located in a tastefully landscaped area in the North Central part of the city. There are wonderful views from the apartments, and the location is within the excellent N.E.I.S.D school district. The apartments are within easy driving distance of San Antonio International Airport which makes them a convenient choice for frequent business travelers.
There are a total of seven floor plans to choose from including effiencies, one bedroom and two bedroom. All apartments have a kitchen with a breakfast bar and electric appliances, central heat and air-conditioning, extra storage and a balcony or patio.
Autumn Book is great for families and singles alike. It has a swimming pool, wading pool and a barbecue area. There are laundry facilities on-site. There are also pleasant public parks nearby.
This is a gated-access community, and guest parking is available. The maintenance team is on-call and also on-site. This is a pet-friendly community although there are some restrictions. Pets must be approved, and there are weight limits. No breeds of dogs with aggression issues are allowed.
These are great apartments. Despite all of the above, they are not expensive to rent.
