Currently the city of Kyle is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas so obviously there are plenty of reasons why you should consider moving there. Perhaps the biggest reason people move to Kyle is the location; Kyle Texas is just south of downtown Austin which makes it very popular for workers looking for a nice suburban home within commuting distance. Like many suburban cities Kyle is relatively small with only 6 square miles but within that small area there are thousands of households so housing is never an issue.
As far as history the city of Kyle has plenty; Kyle was originally founded in 1880 by settlers from another nearby town. The land was developed in part thanks to the Great Northern Railroad which was moving through the area at the time and as the town began to take off expansion began to take place. Ever since the Kyle has stayed in the same basic area and as technology and civilization advanced Kyle advanced along with it.
Now thanks to modern transportation like interstate 35 Kyle sees many travelers and tourists just passing through the area. Being directly on interstate 35 also makes it incredibly easy for thousands of Kyle residents to commute into Austin each day for work. This convenience is also applicable to entertainment and shopping; while they might not be a lot available within the town of Kyle directly there are literally hundreds of towns nearby that offer more than enough in the way of shopping and entertainment. Of course the big city of Austin is always close enough to visit for certain events and activities as well plus San Antonio isn't too far away to turn into a short trip either. Overall Kyle's location is simply great, there are plenty of nearby cities and attractions plus the interstate and highways passing through Kyle make it easy to get to anywhere you need to go.
