Take the ramp to your left onto Texas-225 E. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Texas-146 S/La Porte and merge onto Texas-146 S. Take the exit toward Fairmont Parkway/Sylvan Beach Park. Continue straight. Make a left turn onto W Fairmont Parkway. Make a left turn onto S 6th St. Vista Pointe Apartments will be on the left.

Village by the Bay offers affordable accommodations that provide residents with close proximity to parks and several community amenities. The complex offers homes with one or two bedrooms, and the floor plans range from 689 to 985 square feet. The complex offers one pool, hot tubs, a laundry room, and professionally landscaped grounds.
The apartments feature carpeting throughout the interior, and each unit has either a patio or a balcony. Residents enjoy a pantry to help keep foods in a cool, dark place. Ceiling fans help to cool off the units by distributing air evenly throughout the complex. Dishwashers, garbage disposals, and refrigerators are also included with the cost of rent.
