Located along Sherwood Lane, the One Pine I gives residents the option of strolling to shops and other businesses. This busy road is also served by bus routes that are part of the public transit system of Houston, TX. With convenient access to I-610 and U.S. 290, residents at this complex can quickly get to other neighborhoods in Houston. This apartment complex is assigned to Stevens Elementary School, Black Middle School and Waltrip High School.
Standard one bedroom apartments at the One Pine I have modern floor plans ranging between 750 and 850 square feet in area.
